I also drink collagen and liftoff from herbal life only 1/4 of the pill dissolved in water along with collagen in the morning. The whole pill in too much since i dont exercise. I buy product on ebay for less

Getting enough protein in my diet and having my labs checked for vitamin deficiencies. Also stretching and light exercise.

I take Gensing with vitamin B complex. I don't honestly know if it works. I think it might help thinking of energy with SMA as being more like a capacitor rather than a battery. Energy drains much faster. Taking short breaks to recharge your 'capacitor' may allow You may get more done in a day rather than thinking a long night's sleep recharging battery.
