I Am On Cpap Do I Stay Asleep And How Do I Go Back To Sleep If I Wake Up?

I take a mild sleeping pill so wake less needing a turn usually 5x but with sleeping aide maybe 1 time. And I can return to sleep after my sleeping side is changed.
