Which Supplements Or Vitamins Do You Take, And Why?

I take a High Potency Vitamin D for My Immune system and I take Calcium for My Bones. I also take a Good Multivitamin. My Mom suggested taking Vitamins when I was in My early 20's and I've been taking them ever since. She has always taken Vitamins and Supplements. She's almost 80 and still walks most every day. She's Sharp as a tack and very Healthy. Anything you can take that helps boost your immune system is Beneficial to your Health. Have a Blessed Day Everyone! π
I take 1000 iu of Vitamin D per day, as well as B12 & iron because my levels were found low in my bloodwork. I also take cranberry pills to avoid UTI's.
I take a multivitamin and supplemental iron. My vitamin D levels were low at my last visit, so I've added 5000 iu per day. My doctor recommend 3500 iu, but I can't find that precise dosage. I do notice a difference if I've missed them for several days.
