How tired you get doing nothing. You try, but it’s impossible to keep up with others that are not physically challenged. One activity a day will exhaust you.

What Sammy said! The effort it takes to do everyday things. So if I do something special for you, it took more effort than if an abled body person did it so be thankful! Lol

The toll that a degenerative disease can take. The grief, the loss, the effort that is required day to day to get things done. The mental load can be a lot.
