Hello Me I Ask Everyone Here..what Your Straggle In Life Being Sma
I'm ashamed of US policy for the dialsabled. The richest country ever and the marginalize those who are the most marginalized in the world. UK has to watch airports because if you bring in disabled and leave them because UK provides 24x7 care if needed no they can be independent. Medicade what waste, 50 mini Medicare's, that's where the money goes. Rant over but could easily go on.
Relying on other people. There are very few people one can truely rely on, and the older one gets, as family members age or pass away...one finds themself depending more on non-family members. While I have been fortunate to find a few to count upon, there are no ties that guarentee they will be there for the long term. So it becomes a daily fear that at anytime, any moment, the ground will crumble beneath. That is the worse part...but it is also knowing that there is nothing one can do to prepare for it. Can not save money, lest make too much and loose attendant care. Can't earn enough working to pay for attendant care need. Can't do anything but hope that care will be there even as family no longer can be there. It is like watching Damocles sword move closer and closer.
