My body feels stiff and weak in the cold. I live where it snows all winter so that is an added layer of trying to bundle for freezing temps while still being able to move my body! Lots of blankets, magic bags and heaters help!! I’m just meant to love where it’s always sunny I think 🀣

Cold can zap my energy like draining a battery. I once went outside to snap photos of a recent snow fall. Within the minute outdoors, my ability to move eroded so much i got stuck half inside and half outside my basement door in which the automatic door started to close before could get all the way through. I was trapped that way for almost an hour. By time I got inside, I couldnt move for almost two hours.

I absolutely struggle with my body when the weather changes. Using warming blankets and hot water bottles to keep warm.
