I think of Stephen Hawking and what he accomplished with the use of one cheek muscle. Then I fire up the wheelchair and try to finish a project. Or start another one!

When I’m very fatigued, I rest. I remind myself that the “weak spell” will pass. I’ve learned not to be hard on myself when I’m not being productive. Everyone needs a little downtime once in a while.

Not sure what you mean by bothers you? Are you asking physically? Or mentally? If it's physically, I relax. I listen to my body. If it's mentally, I pray. I talk to God. I know he has a plan for me. Staying positive is everything!
