Wake up every day with a positive attitude. Keep believing in yourself. Don't let your disability define the person you are. Don't dwell on what happened yesterday. Because today is a new day!!

I would say the best advice I received when I was younger was to that my mental health will effect my physical. When I have a healthy mindset I tend to recover quicker, not get sick and feel better. When I have a “sick” mentality it can be the opposite
